Right out of college I started my career as sales executive. I thought I was a rock star I thought I knew everything about business and sales, but I was sadly mistaken. Due to my lack of productivity, it resulted in me getting let go. I was on the verge of giving up and throwing in the towel.

BUT I DIDN'T.

I decided to stand ten toes down and learned how to turn things around. I went on a journey of discovering how I could be more compelling. How to compel my customers, and how to compel the company to give me another chance. Well to even my surprise I was re-hired by the same company that fired me and with my new approach I became one of the top employees within the company. 

Managing a territory of 10 million dollars, training managers to become better leaders, and ultimately
helping the largest bedding manufacture in the country become number one catapulted me on a new path.

Today, I'm an international speaker, author, and trainer that helps businesses differentiate themselves from their competition, navigate disruptive change, and accelerate business growth by understanding how to be compelling when it comes to attracting and interacting with customers and employees. I'm the President and CEO of Damus Dynamic LLC, a training and consulting company that helps organizations improve company culture, grow sales, increase employee effectiveness, and communications.
